Twisted Views: An ironic paradox
There are many various ways of encouraging people to go to church, or attend mass...and closing college cafeteria for 2 hours is NOT one of them. Well, maybe whoever thought of that idea had a sincere conviction that he should encourage the students of the school to go to mass...but ma, that is stupid. Again, STUPID. Why? It's called common sense dude.
Firstly, closing the cafeteria will prevent sleepless, hungry students from eating at least a hotdog sandwich after leaving their 7:30 am class.
Secondly, closing the cafeteria will NOT encourage people to attend mass. On the contrary, they will be encouraged to go out of the campus to buy something to fill their stomachs with.
Thirdly, not all the students are cathoilcs/christians. What about our Muslim brothers?
Fourthly (is there such a word?), God will not send you to eternal damnation for not attending a mid-week mass.
yan tuloy, ang daming tao sa mcdo, di ako makakain ng almusal!
Jam-packed, every corner.
Ateneo de Manila lighters for sale, only P25. Ok so they promote smoking, nut wiat, there's more! Ateneo de Manila Shot glass, for sale (I don't know for how much because I haven't asked the person from the shop yet). They promote drinking too!
hahaha
You gotta love the Jesuits. ^_^

I always thought they closed off the caf and other offices to give the employees a chance to hear mass. And besides, the school's teeming with Jesuits. Magkakalagnat yan sila kapag walang misa. :)
